Remember this guy?

He is Pak Jean, one of my close friend that I have known since I came to UTAR. The first time I met him, it was during foundation, TA4. He was wearing a purple shirt with handbag, he looked kinda cool. It's obvious that he has a thing for purple, he's not gay though.

As time passed, we got to know each other along with Howe Thoon and Rodney. Since then, the four of us never looked back. We were tight, always there for each another.

We went through a lot of stuff together during these two years. Among four of us, Pak Jean was always the rational one, the responsible one, the one you can depend on and of all, he is one friend who can always force a smile outta you when you're having a hard day.

We graduated from foundation and got into degree. From close friends, we are now housemates. Living under the same roof made us closer, we went to class, ate, laughed, shared together. There would be nights when me and him would spent hours at Uncle II, a snooker center here in Kampar challenging each other to see who will come up top.

Till there's this morning, when me and Pak Jean went to have breakfast, he broke out the bad news. He decided not to further his studies anymore. I was shocked, disbelieved. I sit him down, talked, advised, persuaded him, but it seems that nothing is gonna change his mind. If there's one thing that I learn from him, it's his passion and strong will. I respected his decision.
We all knew he was gonna leave us one week before, we laughed and joked the whole week. Till today, the moment where he is really going back. I know this is the moment when I have to face the fact. The four of us lepak-ing at the car park, just like old times. Just that this time, might be the last time. When he was about to leave, I hugged him and told him to take care. The thing I hate the most happened, I broke down....Yes, I cried....

Pak Jean, you are a good friend. We laughed and emo-ed together. Take care of yourself, I wish you all the luck that you need in the future. I'm waiting for you to come back and challenge me. Do remember, if you need anything, just give me a call. I'll do my best to help. Have a safe trip back....

Friends Forever....
